
We all should be consuming our daily supply of leafy vegetables at least twice per day and the best way to accomplish this is to use them to make delicious salads. Here is a simple recipe I found, to make great tasting water cress salads.
6 red radishes
1 t. minced onion
1 bunch fresh crisp watercress
1 chopped hard boiled egg
1/2 cup French dressing
Instructions:
Wash watercress and remove damaged leaves, heavy roots and stems. Shake and remove excess water from the watercress and arrange in a bowl. Add together, sliced radishes, minced onion and chopped egg. Pour French dressing lightly over and toss until the salad is well mixed. Enjoy!
